Through an eclectic blend of body, energy, and art modalities, CMW provides spacious support for women and mothers to live embodied, wholehearted lives that feel good from the inside out. Through the Embodied Evolution framework, women are guided to Embody, Explore, Express, and Evolve along their lifelong, cyclical process of becoming. A matricentric approach is promoted, advocating that a mother’s well-being is central to her family and society’s welfare as a whole.

My name is Courtney Mackey Wilbur.
I am a lionhearted Leo leading with courage and compassion to support women and mothers. I hold a torch to blaze a trail for a brighter future and a mirror for us to see ourselves in one another.
Being the mother of two girls has brought even more ferocity and urgency to this driving force within me. It’s time to embrace our wholeness, break away from fear’s grip, find strength in what unites us, and let love light the way.
With over 15 years of experience working in the wellness industry, my approach is grounded, realistic, playful, and uplifting. The communities I hold space for are nonjudgmental and nurturing, welcoming everyone to come as they are.
